Garlic Pretzels From Ann Yoder

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oil (vegetable or your favorite)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder (or more to taste)
  • 2 tsp onion powder (granulated onion works)
  • 1 tsp dill weed (or more to taste)
  • Pinch dried oregano
  • Pinch dried thyme
  • 24 oz broken pretzels (gluten-free sticks work; break into pieces)
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • Mix oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, oregano, and thyme in a measuring cup.
  • Place broken pretzels in a large bowl.
  • Pour oil mixture over pretzels and stir to coat evenly.
  • Line a sided cookie sheet with parchment paper (optional).
  • Spread pretzels on the sheet.
  • Bake 10 minutes, stir, then bake another 10 minutes.
  • If needed, bake an additional 10 minutes until pretzels are crisp.
  • Let cool, then store in an airtight container or eat immediately.
