Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil (vegetable or your favorite)
- 2 tsp garlic powder (or more to taste)
- 2 tsp onion powder (granulated onion works)
- 1 tsp dill weed (or more to taste)
- Pinch dried oregano
- Pinch dried thyme
- 24 oz broken pretzels (gluten-free sticks work; break into pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Mix oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, oregano, and thyme in a measuring cup.
- Place broken pretzels in a large bowl.
- Pour oil mixture over pretzels and stir to coat evenly.
- Line a sided cookie sheet with parchment paper (optional).
- Spread pretzels on the sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes, stir, then bake another 10 minutes.
- If needed, bake an additional 10 minutes until pretzels are crisp.
- Let cool, then store in an airtight container or eat immediately.
