Instant Pot Hard Cooked Eggs

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Cold water, enough to cover the eggs in the Instant Pot
  • Ice for an ice bath

Instructions
  • Place eggs in the Instant Pot and cover with cold water.
  • Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 5 minutes. Include 5 minutes of warming, 5 minutes of cooking, and 5 minutes of natural pressure release.
  • Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  • Store peeled eggs up to 4 days, unpeeled eggs up to 9 days.
