Wenner Recipe Book
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey
- 2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Sauté butter in the Instant Pot until melted.
- Add oats and saute for 1-2 minutes, then cancel saute.
- Add water, milk, sugar, and salt; stir for 30 seconds.
- Seal lid and select the porridge button. Cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 15-20 minutes, or self-release after 10 minutes if preferred.
