Mosquito Mud Pottery Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz cheese (cheddar, gruyere, or your choice)
  • 8 oz elbow pasta
  • Additional cheese for topping
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine corn starch, salt, mustard, and pepper.
  • Stir in milk and butter, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
  • Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  • Add cooked pasta and mix until coated with cheese sauce.
  • Pour mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with extra cheese.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
